broken air conditionermultiple broken plugs
The air conditioner in the first room did NOT work. The TV and several plugs in the second room also did NOT work. I spoke with the front desk staff on multiple occasions, but issues remained unaddressed until I sent an email outlining the problems.

The restaurant was excellent. I loved the food. the nautical decor gave a special touch. the bed was very comfortable.
the room lighting was very dim. it was impossible to put on makeup. there was no counter space next to the sink to place toiletries. housekeeping never came .
